Elle & Stephen’s recent wedding near Truro in Cornwal was such a beautiful occassion and such a lovely couple too. They were blessed with fantastic weather and I just have to share a few of their photos.
Looking forward to my next Devon wedding at Courtlands – another beautiful and relaxed wedding with a view to die for!

Had a lovely meeting with the couple whose wedding I’m photographing next month. they’ve chosen a fairytale venue in Hotel Endsleigh just ouside Tavistock in Devon.
The Repton designed gardens have been restored to a wonderful condition and the ambience of the hotel is so warm and welcoming. Having discussed their last minute plans I’m really looking forward to their big day!

The good news is that we’re putting in place our plans to open a dedicated photography gallery at our studio on the Devon and Cornwall border. we’re planning to launch the Gallery in May and are now looking for photographers to submit their work for inclusion in our monthly exhibitions.
Our first show will centre around the theme ‘Stark’ and we’d love to hear from any photographers interested in being exhibited.
Email me at mjmarker@29gallery.co.uk for further information and to be added to our gallery mailing list.

Hi,
I’ve just published on my website a slideshow of my new photography studio on the Devon and Cornwall border. Sited in an idylic riverside location, it has a comfortable client area to discuss wedding and portrait commissions, view examples of my work and preview photos. I also have two studio spaces and exhibition gallery space as well as 16 acres of fields, woodland and river frontage for some amazing and creative portrait and pre-wedding photographs.
Cheers,
Michael

Hi,
After a momentary blip my blog is now back up and running to show the world my latest wedding, portrait and fine art photographs.
Based on the Devon and Cornwall border I photographt weddings and portraits throughout Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and throughout the UK and abroad. Photographing in a photojournalistic style I look to capture the raw emotion and real essence of my subjects.
please take a look at my work and I love to hear your thoughts.
Best wishes,
michael

Hi,
Photographing weddings at the spectacular cliff top wedding venue Polhawn Fort in Cornwall is both inspiring and challenging. The minimal and directional lighting inside makes for some dramatic naturally lit wedding shots. Using the limited natural lighting creatively can get some great atmospheric results.
hope you enjoy.
Michael
